Utterly useless when it comes to customer service. I have phoned them 3 times trying to get an appointment for them to come and investigate a problem with the satellite tv. They keep saying that the technician will call, but he never does. The E-mail address on their web page and the contact form on their web page doesn't work. Tried to call them at 2 minutes past 3pm and their answering machine says they close at 3pm!!
All this and yet they are still more expensive than competitors! How I wish I wasn't tied in to using them and suffering their ridiculously horrible customer service!!!
