Very thorough and great doctor. He has helped with multiple feet issue I deal with. Is very respectful and kind. Very good staff. Got treated for sprains, orthotics and flat feet. This guy can do it all!

I’m very torn about this review, but figured I’d share given recent events.

I received an injury and came to see this doctor as a referral. He is sweet and very understanding and helpful himself. However one day I was told to wait for insurance to reach out to me for further approval for a treatment. So I was told to not make a follow up appointment. I waited and heard nothing.

So I reached out to the office. No answer. Left a message with my information. A few days pass and I get no call back. So once again I called and again no one answered so I left another message. I even checked to make sure they were open on this day. Again, no call back.

It’s been over two month and I’ve never heard back. I’m just suddenly without care.

At this point I’ve given up on even hearing back from this office. I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Which is sad because I did like Dr. Goez.

Am thrilled with the recommendation to Dr Goez from my prior podiatrist who doesn't take my insurance. He is an amazing and thorough doctor who provided a great depth of knowledge and expertise in discussing my condition and possible remediation. My wait was short (thank you for that)! Everyone in the office was amicable and efficient and look forward to working with him for my surgery!

Dr. Goez did my daughters foot surgery a few years ago. He took excellent care of her and made us both feel completely at ease. I really appreciated that, especially being she was only about 10yrs old. So now I'm going to him to care for my feet.

My coworkers I been referring are complaining for the customer services is the worse they are meant and rude specially Maria supposed is the person in charge for billing when Spanish speaking call her and ask questions they always answer with attitudes is sad the doctor are amazing doctor but this type of customer services has to be fix.we understand the doctor is busy but how we ask questions to the employees they don’t know about what the specialist know they are customers services they need to go back to school to learn how to treat patients
