Service is great. Don't get me wrong, service is good. But my issue is this. I work for an ISP in a different area and I am completely astonishing at how the after hours of this company can't do ANYTHING to help you.

They are a 3rd party who has no access to your account, equipment or provisioning. If you have any issues after the hours of 8a to 5p mon thru Fri, you're screwed. My company after hours is in house so we can access everything and get you back up and running in no time.

You cannot run an internet provider company and have a 3rd party answering system and expect good customer reviews. This needs to be addressed and fixed. I would hate to be a commercial customer and have this issue and have to wait til Monday to get any help if I'm having issues at 6p on Friday. Horrible...

I originally posted a 1 star review due to outages over the last two weeks. After speaking with a customer support supervisor he explained these events were due to upgrading hardware. He took the time to look into my account and call me back to explain what was going on. That is great customer service and I appreciate the followup and honesty on their part. aside from those outages the service has been great even if it is expensive.

Quality is subpar, highly overpriced for very low speeds only a quarter of which I actually receive, super high ping which is yet to be resolved, customer service hours only 9-5 on business days but dont worry you can pay your bill any hour of any day. I pay almost $100 for 15Megs up and 1 down. Dont even get an entire Meg of usage most of the time. Ping is usually 180 or higher. Equipment is extremely overpriced. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Pretty poor experience calling Totelcom today. We're new to the area and need internet service, neighbors told us Totelcom Broadband fiber runs right down our easement. The person who answered my call spent much more time (in a condescending voice) explaining what they CAN'T do, their RULES, requirements, etc, and treated me as though I was uneducated and couldn't afford their service. Note - I'm a SVP with a Fin-Tech company so probably more educated than most about internet, AND I could care less about price - I need internet service from our property there, and was willing to pay whatever it takes, to get Broadband, DSL, or Wireless. I'd pay a couple thousand if I have to for set up. If that's the way they treat potential customers I'd hate to see how they treat established customers who are locked in to a contract. A management member should listen to the call recordings and hear how this person sounds to a potential customer, because they're losing business if that is the normal way she speaks to callers.

Quite possibly the worst internet in american no joke. Most times hulu will never load, I don't even bother playing online games because my download speed is 375 kbs, and that is on a good day. The fact my mom pays 100$ for this is just straight up robbery at this point. I pretty much only use lte on my phone because nothing will load if it connected to the internet. I cant think of one redeeming quality about this company at all. Absolutely pathetic.

I wish I could leave less than one star. If you like slow internet at a high price with an every day dramatic slow down in service, this is the company for you! 8mbps is slow and I pay a lot for it. For it to randomly drop to 1mbps and to be told that there is no issue from support staff is an absolute joke. Stay away from Totelcom. Run as far and as fast as you can.

Currently I have had intermittent service for a month with no help from the company.
