Going through foreclosure and check to check right now. Luckily I found a job. ISP Refusing to help me out even though I work from home. Prather told Andrew not to help me. Sad this monopoly doesn't have a competitor out here.

Our fiber-optic internet is really fast and the service is amazing. Everytime I've had a question, I'll call and get the same familiar sweet voice. She's always so helpful. Installers were also considerate when I had my sleeping newborn. I would definitely recommend

Wonderful service. My mom's phone line went dead. She is 85 and uses a Lifeline button. Totelcom, immediately came out and fixed the problem. I can't believe how concerned the tech. was!

The prices are going way up. I'm looking to find something else. A $187 a month for basic phone, that you have to have to have to have internet is way to much. Phone, no long distance, no caller ID, no add ons what's so ever. And just wifi. When I first got service with them it was about $109 a month, now it's almost 200 ya! I'm going to find a different service, even if I have to get at&t internet or dish. Not paying this much longer. So goodbye as soon as I find something else*new thought* So I don't know what happened, but things are working a little better. My bill dropped back down to a better more manageable price! And my internet isn't losing signal anymore. I use to have to reset my modem about 20 times a day. Now it's only once in a while. I also wanted to say that the women in the office are so sweet and kind. If I'm having trouble with anything and call to talk about putting my bill off or working a payment out, they are just the best. They always help me and are always very kind. Glad my bills are lower again because I hated having to split my bill every month just to be able to pay those high prices. But it seems to have gotten better! I hope it stays this way!! Thank you to all the lovely ladies in the office!

Pretty trash i got the upgrade and its still slow
Its a money trap that isnt worth what im paying the only reason ive put up with it this long is because they are the only internet company in my area
